We offer breakfast arrangements for organized groups, served either in our intimate private rooms or in the spacious interiors of the restaurant. Our menu features classic Polish breakfast specialties, freshly prepared with great attention to detail.

Advance reservation is required for all group breakfasts.


Tastings

We invite you to experience our tasting menus inspired by historic Old Polish cuisine, where every dish -from appetizer to dessert – tells a story of regional heritage and tradition. We offer beautifully curated tasting menus as well as bespoke selections tailored to your individual preferences, which can be perfectly paired with our fine collection of Polish wines, traditional infused liqueurs, and meads.

We host elegant receptions for christenings, first communions, birthdays, and anniversaries. Set within our historic chambers, illuminated by candlelight and filled with the aromas of traditional cuisine, every event takes on a uniquely unforgettable character.

Culinary Workshops

Gingerbread Making Workshops

We invite you to a unique workshop where you will craft traditional gingerbread cookies using historic Old Polish recipes. From aromatic spices, rich honey, and golden dough, you will create sweet works of art decorated with nuts, fruits, and flakes of genuine 24-karat gold.

During the workshop, you will:

  • Discover the rich history of Polish gingerbread
  • Prepare and decorate your own custom baked treats
  • Enjoy a complimentary tasting of traditional Polish mead
  • Receive an official “Gingerbread Artisan” certificate

Pricing:
The cost for the demonstration, tasting, and a glass of barrel-aged mead is 170 PLN per person. An additional service fee of 400 PLN applies for the hosting chefs (two culinary professionals).

The culinary workshops are organized for a minimum of 12 participants and are available from Monday to Friday.


Pierogi Making Workshops

Pierogi are the ultimate quintessential staple of Polish cuisine. During our workshop, you will discover the secrets of their preparation: from selecting the perfect filling and mastering the art of folding, to the final tasting.

On the menu:

  • Pierogi with seasonal fruits
  • Classic “Ruskie” style pierogi with potato and cheese
  • Pierogi with sauerkraut and forest mushrooms
  • Traditional meat-filled pierogi

For the tasting, we serve a warm cup of historic Old Polish red borscht or traditional “żurek” (sour rye soup), a favorite since the 16th century. To add a touch of encouragement and flair, guests will also enjoy a complimentary glass of sparkling Georgian wine.

At the conclusion of the demonstration, participants are presented with an official “Certificate of Pierogi Making Mastery” alongside seven unique recipes for every day of the week to recreate the best Polish pierogi at home.

Pricing:
THE COST FOR THE DEMONSTRATION AND TASTING IS 170 PLN PER PERSON.
AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE FEE OF 400 PLN APPLIES FOR THE HOSTING CHEFS (TWO CULINARY PROFESSIONALS).
THE CULINARY WORKSHOPS ARE ORGANIZED FOR A MINIMUM OF 12 PARTICIPANTS AND TAKE PLACE FROM 10:00 AM TO 12:00 PM (AVAILABLE FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY).
